short cutz

One 15 minute session of movement and breathing exercises applied to 4 different “issues” ; RESTLESSNESS, STRESS, CRAVING or BOREDOM.

These are particularly for people who don’t have much time and want to get a taste of how bringing our mind into our whole body can make a world of difference.

Before you take your pick (below), make a moment to set yourself up – here are some tips; Do your best to be in a room (or dedicated space) where you will not be interrupted.  We begin in a seated paosition – an upright chair (preferably without arms) is good, with your feet firmly touching the ground (if the chair is too high, put a cushion or blanket under your feet).  To relax fully we need to be comfortable so only sit on meditation cushion if it is easy for you.  Set up your seat in a way that you can see the computer/tablet screen.  For the standing exercises you need enough space to move your arms out to the sides and above your head ( and see the screen!).
Yoga mats are not necessary. Best not to wear shoes, barefoot is ideal, but soft slippers or thick socks are cosy! Wear clothing that allows free movement.
