In Kum Nye we do not move the body to get into a pose, we move to bring the mind into the body. The motion leads us to a deep and illuminating stillness – a space where we can accept what is happening, and make changes. Rather than holding on to tired patterns we find ourselves opening up and connecting with our experience as it is.
These simple movement and breathing exercises – suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels – give us a felt-sense of what meditation really is and help us rediscover the simple joy of living.
